Coating Services

Our in-house system processes webs up to 12" in width or 12" x 12" rigid substrates.

As of summer 2007, ProtoFlex will offer customized coating services. Our in house system is capable of processing either rigid or flexible substrates using sputtering techniques. Films of the following materials will be available:

  • Silicon
  • Silicon Oxide
  • Silicon Nitride
  • Lithium Cobalt Oxide
  • Lithium Phosphorous Oxy-Nitride
